Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there are plethora of grounds to project the misuse or abuse of the process of law by the complainant, as this is the second complaint registered, not against the petitioner, but on identical offences against someone else who stood acquitted later. Learned counsel further submits that in the event, this Court would not be inclined to entertain the petitioner at this juncture, the petitioner shall have liberty to knock at the doors of this Court at a later point in time, in the event of filing of the final report and the final report going against the petitioner.

3. Keeping all contentions open, the liberty is reserved to the petitioner to knock at the doors of this Court in the event a charge sheet is filed against the petitioner.

Ordered accordingly. Sd/- (M.NAGAPRASANNA) JUDGE
