ORAL ORDER

(PER: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE T.M.NADAF)

This Review Petition is filed seeking review of the judgment and order dated 16.03.2026 passed in Writ Appeal No.690/2024, whereby this Court dismissed the writ appeal finding no ground to interfere with the judgment and order passed by the learned Single Judge.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

HC-KAR

3. The principal contention urged by the petitioner is that there is an error apparent on the face of the record warranting review of the order passed in the writ appeal.

4. We have carefully considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the judgment and order sought to be reviewed.

5. We do not find any error apparent on the face of record to review the order dated 16.03.2026. Accordingly, the review petition is dismissed.

6. It is also noticed that Writ Appeal No.564/2026 is connected with the present proceedings which arises out of common order under challenge in W.A.No.690/2024. Since we have already dismissed the writ appeal (W.A.No.690/2024), the present appeal does not survive for independent consideration.

7. Accordingly, the present appeal is dismissed in terms of the judgment and order dated 16.03.2026 passed in W.A. No.690/2014.

HC-KAR

8. In view of dismissal of the appeal, pending IAs, if any, do not survive for consideration and accordingly, they stand disposed of.
