ORAL ORDER

(PER: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE R DEVDAS)

After arguing the matter for sometime, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that if the finding of the Tribunal is that the petitioner never questioned the order dated 21.05.2019 at Annexure-A7 and therefore, no useful purpose would be served in directing the respondents for consideration of the representation given by the petitioner, then the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition, application and thereafter, to go before the Tribunal for questioning the order dated 21.05.2019 and also the subsequent endorsement.

2. Placing the submission of the learned Senior Counsel on record, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn so also dismissing the application filed before

HC-KAR

the Tribunal as withdrawn, while reserving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 21.05.2019 at Annexure-A7 and the subsequent endorsement, in accordance with law.

3. Office to return the original documents/certified copies, if any, to the petitioner while retaining a copy of the same for file.
