ORAL ORDER
(PER: HON'BLE MR. VIBHU BAKHRU, CHIEF JUSTICE)
1. The petitioner has filed the present petition as Public Interest litigation [PIL], inter alia, challenging the disbursement of pension to respondent No.6, who is receiving such pension on account of her being the widow of Sri. Puttamallaiah, who had retired as Superintendent, Department of Agriculture.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that respondent No.6 is the second wife of the deceased, who had continued to be married to his first wife. We are unable to discern any element of public interest involved in the present petition. Accordingly, we do not

consider it apposite to entertain the same. The petition is accordingly dismissed.
