ORAL ORDER
This Criminal Revision Petition is filed challenging the order dated 05.02.2026 passed in Crl.Misc.No.321/2018 by the learned II Additional Civil Judge and JMFC at Mysuru and order dated 16.07.2026 passed in Crl.A.No.110/2026 by the learned V Additional District and Sessions Judge, Mysuru.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner filed a memo for conversion of this Criminal Revision Petition, which reads as under:
"The counsel for the petitioner prays that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to permit the petitioner to convert the above case in Crl.Rev.Pet. into Crl.Petition in the above case in the ends of Justice."
3. In view of the memo and supporting submission, the petitioner is permitted to convert this Criminal Revision Petition into Criminal Petition under Section 482 of Code of
HC-KAR
Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023).
4. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Petition is disposed of for statistical purpose.
