ORAL ORDER
The present writ petition is filed seeking the following prayer: "a. Issue a Writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction, directing the Ist ADDL Senior Civil Judge and JMFC., Devanahalli, to dispose of the case in Mis 29/2016, pending on its file, expeditiously, within a time frame to be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court under Annexure B
b) Pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity."
2. Considering the fact that the miscellaneous petition is of the year 2016, this Court deems it appropriate to pass the following:
ORDER
i. This Court is directing the trial Court to dispose of Misc.No.29/2016 pending on the file of the Principal Senior Civil Judge and JMFC, Devanahalli, within one year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

ii. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. iii. Pending I.As., if any, in this petition shall stand closed.
