ORAL ORDER
Heard Sri.Tejas N, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Smt.Waheeda M.M., learned HCGP appearing for the respondents and have perused the material on record.
2. The petitioner is before the Court seeking a direction for the concerned court to pass necessary orders on the bail application filed by the petitioner. It is rather surprising that the petitioner has to knock at the doors of this Court seeking a direction to consider a bail application filed before the concerned Court while the Apex Court has time and again
HC-KAR
cautioned that the bail applications has to be considered as expeditiously as possible.
Therefore, the concerned Court shall now pass necessary orders in accordance with law on the next date of listing i.e. 02.09.2026.
The petition stands disposed.
