ORAL ORDER

After arguing the matter for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners filed a memo, seeking leave of this Court to withdraw the review petition. The memo is accepted and the same reads as under:

"The undersigned counsel for petitioners seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the above captioned suit with the liberty to see clarity before the Ho'b'e Supreme Court in the Special Leave Petition already disposed off"

2. In view of the above memo, this review petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioner may take re-course, if they are so entitled in law if they so advised.

3. Since review petition itself is withdrawn, pending applications if any, does not survive for consideration and the same stand disposed of.
