ORAL ORDER
This Court on 17.08.2026 has passed the following order as a last chance: "List this matter on 27.08.2026. In the event, arrears of Rs.9,75,000/- is not cleared by the next date of hearing, the petition would be dismissed."
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner now submits that the arrears as directed is not cleared.
