ORAL ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioners has moved a memo seeking permission to withdraw the petition.

HC-KAR

2. The memo reads as follows: “MEMO FOR WITHDRAWAL The counsel for the Petitioners humbly submits this memo and place on record that during the pendency of the present petition, the parties have amicably resolved their disputes before the Trial Court and have entered into a settlement Pursuant thereto, the complaint in C.C. No. 11330/2026 came to be withdrawn. on 20.08.2026 and the proceedings before the Trial Court have been disposed of as settled and withdrawn.

In view of the subsequent settlement arrived at between the parties and the disposal of the proceedings before the learned Trial Court, the cause for pursuing the present petition no longer survives for consideration. The present petition has therefore become infructuous. Under the circumstances, the Petitioners do not wish to prosecute the present petition any further and seek leave of this Hon'ble Court to withdraw the same.

WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to take this memo on record, and permit withdrawal of the present petition, in the interests of justice and equity.”
