ORAL ORDER

The petition is preferred on the sole score that the grounds of arrest is not furnished.

2. Heard Sri.Avinash P, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Sri.B.N.Jagadeesha, learned SPP-I appearing for respondent No.1 and have perused the material on record.

3. Learned SPP-I appearing for the respondent-State submits that the grounds of arrest is indeed furnished and seeks to place them on record.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that those are not certified copies.

HC-KAR

5. Learned SPP-I would submit that in the event of a bail application being filed by the petitioner, the same would be placed before the concerned Court as certified copies.

In that light, reserving liberty to the petitioner to file an application seeking enlargement of bail on the same ground, petition stands disposed.
