ORAL ORDER

The Petitioner is before the court seeking the following prayer.

"a) Call for records in CC No.3567/2015;

b) Allow this Criminal Petition and direct the learned trial Court in CC No.3567/2015 pending on the file of learned Prl.Civil Judge and JMFC, Devanahalli, for the offences punishable u/s 114, 117, 420 r/w 511 and 34 of IPC, 1860, arising out of Crime No.71/2014 registered by Respondent-Devanahalli P.S., to be concluded with an outer limit not later than 3 months, in the interest of justice and equity (marked and document no.1)

c) Grant such other relief or reliefs as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit to grant, in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity."

The petitioner is the complainant. Pursuant to which, the investigation happens and the proceedings are pending before the concerned court as C.C.No.3567/2015 registered for

HC-KAR

offences punishable under 114, 117, 420 and 511 of the IPC. The petition is preferred on the score that the concerned court has gone on granting adjournments without rhyme or reason and the matter is pending for the last 11 years before the concerned court.

In the light of the offences being as aforesaid, I deem it appropriate to infuse finality into the proceedings with a direction to the concerned Court to conclude the proceedings with an outer limit of 4 months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the petition stands disposed off.
