ORAL ORDER

Learned High Court Government Pleader on instructions and verification of the records would submit that the petitioner and respondent No.2 both have filed civil suits against each other and the issue is seemingly civil in nature. She further submits that the police after investigation have filed 'B' report before the concerned Court.

2. The issue is with regard to a compound wall allegedly constructed by the petitioner in 2016 and the

HC-KAR

construction taking place in 2024 by the supposed accused, who have allegedly trespassed over the property.

3. In light of filing of 'B' report, the remedy to the petitioner lies before the concerned Court to take the law forward by filing a protest petition or otherwise, as the case would be and also to seek for further investigation if he is so wanting.

4. With the said observations, petition stands disposed of.
