ORAL ORDER
The petitioners are before this Court, seeking the following prayer:
"WHEREFORE, the Petitioners most respectfully and humbly prays that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to call for the records, quash the Charged-sheet in C.C.No.28996/2025 pending in the court of the VIII A.C.J.M. BANGALORE between R.T. Nagar P.S V/s- Imraz Pasha and others in the interest of Justice and Equity."
2. Heard Sri. Irshad Ahmed K., learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, Smt. Deepthi Alwa, learned HCGP appearing for respondent No.1, Sri. R. Kothwal, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2 and have perused the material on record.
3. There is an interim order operating qua accused Nos.4 and 5 in Crl.P.No.17458/2025. Therefore, the trial against them cannot be permitted to be continued.

4. Insofar as the others are concerned, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that they would face trial before the concerned Court.
5. In that light, the subject petition would stand disposed as it concerns accused Nos.1, 2 and 3.
