The Petitioners submits that, the Petitioners were challenged the registering the case in Crime No.198/2025, and sought for quashing the first information report filed against the Petitioner, However now the State police have filed the charge sheet against the Petitioner No.1 along in J.C.No.28/2026 filed before the PRincipasl Magistrate of Juvenile Justice Board- 1, Bengaluru (Urban), as the Petitioner No.1 is a minor at the time of alleged offence. And given up second petitioner while filing the charge sheet against the petitioner No.2. In view of the same, the present criminal petition becomes infractuous.

HC-KAR
