a passport in favour of the petitioner. Learned counsel further submits that the concerned Court has rejected the application on the score that the proceedings are stayed in Criminal Petition No.2468/2025. Learned counsel submits that, if a direction is issued to the concerned Court to consider the application for issuance of a passport notwithstanding the interim order, it would suffice for the present.

4. In the light of the submission, I deem it appropriate to direct the concerned Court to consider the application of the petitioner for the purpose of grant of passport, notwithstanding the interim order granted in the aforesaid petition or its pendency, the application shall be answered in accordance with law. With the aforesaid observations, the petition stands disposed. Ordered accordingly.
