ORAL ORDER

The petitioners in the cases at hand are common. The complainant is different; one the Sub-Registrar of the jurisdiction and the other person said to be the victim.

HC-KAR

2. The allegations in the considered view of the Court on its peripheral view would indicate that an investigation in the least is imperative. Therefore, the petitioners are at liberty to re-approach this Court in the event, a final report is filed and the final report would go against them.

3. In the light of the interim order of not to take any coercive steps subsisting in the cases at hand, I deem it appropriate to extend the same for a period of two weeks from today for the petitioners to secure appropriate orders by filing appropriate applications with regard to grant of bail.

4. In the event, the petitioner would not avail the remedy of filing an application seeking bail, within the next two weeks, the interim order would stand automatically dissolved.

5. Merely because the interim order is extended for a period of two weeks, it does not bind the concerned Court to grant the bail, it shall be considered in accordance with law.

6. All contentions that are urged now shall remain open to be urged, inter alia, at a later point in time.

HC-KAR

7. With the aforesaid observation, the petitions stand disposed.

Ordered accordingly.
