ORAL ORDER

(PER: HON'BLE MR. VIBHU BAKHRU, CHIEF JUSTICE)

1. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the present petition would not survive since an endorsement has been issued rejecting the petitioner's request for conversion of land. He states that the petitioner has already filed a petition challenging the said endorsement including the grounds as are set out in the present petition. He, therefore, seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to pursue the petition already filed.

2. In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn. We clarify that this order would not preclude the petitioner from raising such grounds and contentions in accordance with law.
