ORAL ORDER

(PER: HON'BLE MR. VIBHU BAKHRU, CHIEF JUSTICE)

1. The complainants have filed the present complaint alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 21.06.2024 passed in WP.No.10528/2022 (KLR-RES). The learned counsel appearing for the accused fairly points out that the State has preferred an appeal (W.A.No.1759/2024) against said order and this Court had directed that the matter be referred to a larger bench, which has since been constituted. The order passed in the appeal also indicates, prima facie, reservations regarding the impugned order.

2. In view of the above, the present complaint is closed with liberty to the complainants to revive the same, subject to the outcome of the decision in WA.No.1759/2024.
