ORAL ORDER
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners files a memo seeking withdrawal of the petition. The memo so filed reads as follows: “MEMO FOR WITHDRAWAL
It is most respectfully submitted that the above- mentioned Criminal Petition No. 8429/2026 was filed on 15-06-2026 challenging the FIR and the complaint in Crime No. 92/2026. The said Criminal Petition was listed before this Hon'ble Court on 20-07-2026, and this Hon'ble Court was pleased to grant an interim order staying further proceedings.

It is further submitted that, prior to the filing of the present Criminal Petition, the Investigating Officer had already filed the charge sheet on 27-05-2026. However, the said fact was neither within the knowledge of the undersigned counsel at the time of filing the petition nor was it disclosed or brought to the notice of the undersigned by the petitioners. In view of the filing of the charge sheet, the present Criminal Petition challenging only the FIR and complaint has become infructuous. Therefore, the undersigned respectfully prays that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to permit the petitioners to withdraw Criminal Petition No. 8429/2026 with liberty to file a fresh petition challenging the charge sheet and seeking such other appropriate reliefs as may be available under law. Hence, this Withdrawal Memo.”
In terms of memo, the petition is disposed as withdrawn.
