ORAL ORDER

The petitioner is before the Court calling in question an order passed by the concerned Court under Sections 497, 503 of the BNSS, permitting defreezement of the account, but directing that the amount i.e., lying of Rs.10,00,000/- shall not be utilised.

HC-KAR

2. Learned counsel for the respondent - complainant submits that the amount that he is claiming is Rs.2.5 lakhs. Therefore, barring Rs.2.5 lakhs, the account shall be permitted normal operation. This would mean modification of the order passed by the concerned Court.

3. For the aforesaid reasons, the Criminal Petition stands disposed. It is needless to observe that the Bank should implement the order and defreeze the account and permit normal operation of the account in terms of the aforesaid directions. Ordered accordingly.
