ORAL ORDER
The learned counsel for the petitioner files a memo seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the petition on the ground that the dispute between the petitioner and respondent who are the husband and wife was settled by the intervention of family members out of the Court and hence, the parties are not inclined to continue the proceedings pending before this Court. The said memo is taken on record. In view of the said memo, the counsel for the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the petition. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
2. In view of withdrawal of the main petition, I.A. if any, does not survive for consideration and the same stands disposed of.
