ORAL ORDER

This Court suspended the sentence when the accused was in custody and directed to deposit entire Cheque amount before the Trial Court within a period of six weeks and ordered to release the petitioner on bail, subject to furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/-. Learned counsel for the petitioner has only executed a bond for Rs.50,000/- and the petitioner was released, but not complied with the direction to deposit the entire Cheque amount.

2. Now, an application is filed on 17.07.2026 and even not filed the application in time and after having got the benefit of order of release, not complied with the order of this Court.

HC-KAR

3. When such being the case, no grounds are made out to extend the time to deposit the Cheque amount. The petitioner got released himself without payment of the Cheque amount. Hence, in view of non-compliance of conditional order and violation of the Court order, no grounds to continue the revision petition. Accordingly, the revision petition is dismissed.
