ORAL ORDER
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the police after investigation have filed their final report / charge sheet, during the pendency of this petition and another petition is filed in Crl.P.No.9905/2026, challenging the charge sheet.

Therefore, he seeks leave of this Court to dispose the petition as not pressed.
