ORAL ORDER

The junior counsel for the revision petitioner on the previous occasion took time on the ground that the father of the Senior Counsel passed away on the very day and he went to Bellary and hence, this Court granted time.

2. Today the matter is called twice both in the morning session and also in the afternoon session and there is no representation on behalf of the revision petitioner. Hence, the revision petition is dismissed in view of non-pursuing of the matter with diligence.
