ORAL ORDER

(PER: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE D K SINGH)

This writ petition was filed way back in the year 2019. The order sheet would disclose that despite the matter having been listed several times, adjournments have been taken on behalf of the learned counsel for the appellant. Initially, the interim order was granted way back on 25.10.2019 and from the next date of hearing, the interim order has not been extended.

HC-KAR

2. Today, when the matter is listed again, there is a request for adjournment, which we refused in the first call. Now again in the second call, there is a request for adjournment.

3. Considering the adjournments already taken on each and every date after 25.10.2019, we decline to adjourn the matter. As the learned counsel for the appellant is not arguing the matter, we dismiss this appeal for non prosecution.
