ORAL ORDER
This Court vide order dated 13.07.2026, while considering IA No.1/2026 for extension of time to deposit the amount and also made it clear that time is granted to deposit the amount that is 2 weeks time failing which revision petition will be dismissed on the next date of hearing. In spite of extension of time by allowing IA No.1/2026, the conditional order is not complied with by the revision petitioner. When such being the case, the revision petitioner once again seeks time for extension of time to deposit the amount but not deposited the same till date. Under the circumstances, when the conditional order is not complied with by the revision petitioner, the
HC-KAR
question of considering this revision petition does not arise and the same is not yet admitted. Hence, revision petition is dismissed.
