ORAL ORDER
(PER: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE D K SINGH)
In pursuance to the interim orders passed by this Court on 30.04.2026 and 11.06.2026, the cheques deposited by the petitioners in compliance with the said interim orders were all dishonored due to ‘insufficiency of funds in the bank account’. The petitioners have tried to play false upon the Court. Such a litigant cannot be encouraged by this Court. We, therefore, dismiss this Writ Petition. However, there shall be no order as to costs. In view of dismissal of the Writ Petition, pending interlocutory applications, if any, stand disposed of.
