ORAL ORDER

This matter is listed for admission. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. On perusal of the material on record, no cross- examination of P.W.1, inspite of opportunity is given to the petitioner and also not led any defence evidence and in the reply notice also, it is admitted by the accused that Ex.P1 has been obtained at the instance of her husband. But, the same is not substantiated by cross-examination P.W.1 or leading any defence evidence. When such being the case, I do not find any ground to entertain this revision.

Accordingly, the revision petition is dismissed.
