ORAL ORDER
(PER: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE D K SINGH)
Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the respondent - M/s. Bombay Rayon Fashions Limited, is before the National Company Law Tribunal (for brevity 'the NCLT') in liquidation proceedings.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner - the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner has already filed the claim in respect of the provident fund dues from the respondent, before the NCLT and the same has been admitted.

3. In view thereof, we dispose of this writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to pursue its claim before the NCLT.
