ORAL ORDER

The undersigned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed the above case against the respondent for quash the entire proceedings in CC No. 65648/2024 on 3/9/2025 due to technical reasons the office has not list this case till today in spite of giving several memos.
WHERE FOR this hon'ble Court may pleased permit to withdraw this case with liberty to file fresh petition on same cause of action in the interest of justice."
