ORAL ORDER

The petitioner has preferred these three petitions. Two, calling in question a crime registered against him, one, seeking a direction to investigate into the complaint registered by him.

2. The learned SPP on looking into the records would submit that the crime registered by the petitioner also will be investigated into, if investigation is permitted into the complaints registered by the complainant.

3. A perusal of the contents of the complaint in each of these cases would clearly indicate that it is a case where investigation must be permitted in the least.

HC-KAR

4. In that light, I deem it appropriate to permit investigation into the cases at hand. Both the complaints registered by the complainant against the petitioner and the complaint that the petitioner has registered against the complainants. The investigation shall ensue in all these cases.

5. Liberty is reserved to the petitioners to approach this Court in the event the final report would be filed and the final report would go against them.

All other contentions will remain open to be urged at a later point in time.

Ordered accordingly and petition stands disposed of.

Needless to observe that the petitioner shall co- operate with the investigation.

HC-KAR

The petitioners are at liberty to approach this Court in the interregnum, in the event of need.
