ORAL ORDER

Petitioner-accused has sought for speedy disposal of the proceedings before the concerned Court in the light of it being of the year 2012.

2. A perusal at the order sheet would indicate that the proceedings are being adjourned without rhyme or reason. Therefore, I deem it appropriate to infuse finality to the proceedings. The concerned Court shall endeavour to conclude the proceedings within the outer limit of 3 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the Order, if not earlier.

3. Accordingly, the petition stand disposed of.
