ORAL ORDER

The petitioner is before the Court inter alia calling in question the proceedings before the concerned Court in CC No.2147 of 2025 registered for offence punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of the IPC.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would restrict the prayer for quashing of a non-bailable warrant so issued against the petitioner and would further submit that the next date of listing before the concerned Court is 25.07.2026.

HC-KAR

3. In that light, I deem it appropriate to suspend the non-bailable warrant hanging on the head of the petitioner subject to the condition that the petitioner would appear before the concerned Court on 25.07.2026, failing which, the non- bailable warrant would spring back and the concerned Court would be at liberty to pass necessary orders in accordance with law. With the above said observations, the petition stands disposed. Ordered accordingly.
