ORAL JUDGMENT
This appeal has been filed by the complainant being aggrieved by the judgment dated 04.04.206 passed in CC No.10783/2022 by the learned XXIV Additional Small Causes Judge & ACMJM, Bengaluru (SCCH-26).
2. Perused the operative portion of the judgment, which reads as follows: "Acting under Section 278(1) of BNSS (Sec.255(1) of Cr.PC), the accused is hereby convicted for the offence punishable under Section 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act for the offence punishable U/s 138 of NI Act.
The bail bond of the accused stands canceled."
