ORAL JUDGMENT
(PER: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE D K SINGH)
Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the impugned judgment and order dated 30.11.2022 passed by the writ Court in W.P.No.23711/2022 (KLR-RES) is behind the back of the appellant and that no notice in the writ petition was issued to her.

2. It is further submitted that the impugned order affects her rights in respect of the property in question.
3. Considering the said submission, we dispose of this writ appeal with liberty to the appellant to approach the learned Single Judge by filing a review petition seeking review of the impugned judgment and order dated 30.11.2022. If the review petition is filed by the appellant herein, we request the learned Single Judge to take up the review petition for consideration and dispose of the same on its merits.
4. With the above observation, the present writ appeal stands disposed of.
