ORAL JUDGMENT
(PER: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE D K SINGH)
A Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 02.12.2024 has already dismissed W.A.No.1394/2023 which arose out of the impugned common judgment and order dated 22.09.2023 passed by the Writ Court in W.P.No.12128/2015 and other connected writ petitions.
2. Since we are a Bench of equal strength, we do not want to take a different view than the one taken by the Co- ordinate Bench, whereby W.A.No.1394/2023 arising out of the impugned common judgment and order has been dismissed.
3. We are informed that the said order of dismissal dated 02.12.2024 passed in W.A.No.1394/2023 has been challenged before the Supreme Court in SLP (C) No.8321/2025 whereby notice has been issued and the impugned order to the extent of imposing costs of Rs.1,00,000/- has been stayed.
4. In view of the judgment of the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, the present writ appeal also stands dismissed.

5. In view of dismissal of the appeal, pending interlocutory applications, if any, shall stand disposed of, as they do not survive for consideration.
