ORAL JUDGMENT
(PER: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE D K SINGH) The present appeal has been filed impugning the order dated 25.07.2024 passed by the Writ Court in W.P.No.55534/2013 and connected matters.
2. The Government thereafter has issued the Gazette Notification amending the Karnataka Land
HC-KAR
Revenue (Second Amendment) Act, 2025. In view of the amendment brought in with the provisions of Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964, nothing survives in this writ appeal and same is disposed of accordingly.
