ORAL ORDER
The petitioner is before the Court calling in question the registration of the crime in crime No.26/2025 for the offences punishable under Sections 115(2), 118(1), 126(2), 3(5), 351(2), 351(3) and 352 of BNS, 2023.

3. A perusal at the complaint could indicate that the complainant had parked his car in front of the shop of the petitioner and had gone away. Altercation began with regard to the reason for parking the car and going away irresponsibly. This allegedly blows being hit to the complainant's father of 76 years age by the petitioner. Therefore, the complainant's father suffered some injuries from the said blows.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the MLC report indicates no external injuries. Therefore, the investigation must not be permitted to be continued. The altercation between the two which led to the petitioner hurling some blows on the father of the complainant cannot be left high and dry without even an investigation to be conducted. Therefore, the matter requires investigation. Investigation shall ensue and a final report be filed.
5. In the event the final report would go against the petitioner, the petitioner is at liberty to knock at the doors of this Court all over again on the contentions that are advanced in the case at hand or would come about at a later point in time.
