ORAL ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner has moved a memo seeking permission to withdraw the petition.

2. The memo reads as follows: “MEMO

The Petitioner most respectfully submits as follows:

The Petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present Criminal Petition the Private complaint filed by the Respondent came to be dismissed for Non-Prosecution and in that light the present petition would become infructuous. Hence the present petition may be dismissed as not pressed. The Memo may kindly be Placed on record in the interest of justice.”

In terms of the memo, the criminal petition is disposed as withdrawn. I.A.No.1/2023 is also disposed, as a consequence. Sd/- (M.NAGAPRASANNA) JUDGE nvj List No.: 2 Sl No.: 88
