HC-KAR

2. The solitary grievance projected by the petitioner before the Court, at this juncture, is that, the Enforcement Directorate are repeatedly issuing summons without considering the documents that are already placed before it.

3. The learned counsel Ms.Anuparna appearing for the Enforcement Directorate would undertake that all the documents that are placed by the petitioner before the Enforcement Directorate will be considered, in accordance with law.

4. In the light of the said submission, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition be disposed.

5. Therefore the petition stands disposed. Sd/- (M.NAGAPRASANNA) JUDGE
