ORAL JUDGMENT
(PER: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE D K SINGH)
The present appeal under Section 47(1) of the Guardians and Wards Act, 1890, has been filed impugning the judgment and decree dated 13.04.2022 passed in G and W.C.No.23/2021 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge and JMFC, Hosanagara, whereby the respondent/wife has been appointed as guardian of the daughter Kum.Thriaksha, who is said to be now 13 years. This appeal is filed with a delay of 1290 days.

2. We find no reason to condone the enormous delay of 1290 days in filing the appeal. Accordingly, I.A.No.1/2026, filed seeking condonation of the delay is disposed of. Consequently, the appeal also stands dismissed.
