ORAL ORDER
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners files a memo seeking withdrawal of the petition. The memo so filed reads as follows: "MEMO FOR WITHDRAWAL
Undersigned counsel appearing for the petitioners respectfully submits that, the petitioners are challenged the FIR registered against them in Crime No.62/2025 for the offence punishable u/s 85, 115, 352, 353 R/w 3(5) Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023, 2023. during the pendency of the above petition the respondent police have filed the charge sheet against the petitioners, in view of the same permit the petitioners to withdraw the above petition has not pressed by reserving the liberty to challenge the charge sheet/ final report. Hence, above petition is dismissed as not pressed in the interest of justice and equity."
In terms of memo, the petition is disposed as withdrawn.
