ORAL ORDER
(PER: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE D K SINGH)
1. The present Review Petition has been filed seeking review of the judgment and order dated 30.01.2024 passed in RFA No.1792/2017 (SP) filed by the appellant.
2. Despite constitution of the Special Bench in view of the review petition, none has put in appearance on behalf of the review petitioner.
3. The Special Benches are constituted on Fridays at the expense of regular work. When the Special Bench is constituted and the counsel do not put in appearance, this is nothing but a sheer waste of judicial time.
HC-KAR
4. We, therefore, dismiss this Review Petition for non-prosecution.
