ORAL ORDER

(PER: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE MOHAMMAD NAWAZ)

1. Learned High Court Government Pleader takes notice for respondent No.1.

2. Petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 03rd June, 2026 passed in Application No.2723 of 2026 by the Karnataka State Administrative Tribunal (for short "the Tribunal") denying the interim relief sought by him, i.e. to stay the order dated 30th May, 2026 at Annexure-A4.

HC-KAR

3. The Tribunal has observed that in view of relieving of the applicant from the present post, the question of staying the impugned order does not arise, however, the reporting of respondent No.4 in place of the applicant by virtue of the impugned order, is subject to result of the Application.

4. Having regard to the grounds urged in the petition, we deem it fit to direct the Tribunal to consider the main Application expeditiously, as far as possible within a period of six weeks, as otherwise the purpose of filing the Application will be defeated.

5. Petition is accordingly disposed of, without expressing any view on the merits of the case, keeping open all the contentions. Sd/- (MOHAMMAD NAWAZ) JUDGE
