ORAL JUDGMENT
Learned counsel for the parties are present.
2. Learned counsel for the respondent has filed a memo stating that the sole respondent, Sri.Srinivasan S/o late Ramachandran, passed away on 19.12.2025. The death certificate pertaining to the respondent- Sri.Srinivasan, has also been produced, which confirms the date of death as 19.12.2025.
3. In addition, the Police Inspector of Basaveshwara Nagar Police Station has submitted a report regarding the death of Sri.Srinivasan. A death report issued by the Harishchandra Ghat Electric Crematorium, Bangalore has also been produced.
4. In view of the death of the sole respondent, the appeal stands abated.
