ORAL ORDER

(PER: THE HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE S G PANDIT)

The above contempt petition is filed alleging disobedience of the order dated 21.02.2024 passed in W.P. No.103225/2023 whereunder this Court passed the following order: “2. Since the petitioners are making a request for being appointed, it would be necessary for respondent No.3 to consider the request of the petitioners and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. The petition is accordingly disposed off.”

2. On issuance of notice, accused No.2 has appeared and has filed an affidavit dated 17.12.2025 enclosing three

HC-KAR

documents. The same is taken on record. Document No.3 dated 10.12.2025, an order passed by accused No.2, indicates consideration of the representation of the complainant, stating that the complainant would be given preference while making appointment under the National Health Mission Scheme. Thus, we are of the opinion that there is substantial compliance of the order passed by this Court.

3. In view of the above, further contempt proceedings are dropped.
