This matter is taken up by this Tribunal through Video Conferencing.
2. In the present matter, MA No. 129/2021 has been filed on behalf of applicant bank praying therein to allow the present MA and to record the satisfaction of the RC no. 905/2018.
3. In compliance of order dated 05.08.2021 of this Tribunal, Ld. Recovery Officer has filed the Report in the present case.
4. I have gone through the Report of Ld. Recovery Officer. It is stated in the report that the CH bank filed affidavit of satisfaction on 04.03.2022 and as per the settlement, the CH bank sold the mortgaged property for a sum of Rs. 34,45,000/- under the SARFAESI proceedings and also under compromise, in respect of balance dues, settled the account for a sum of Rs. 6,00,000/- and CH bank has recover total sum of Rs. 40,45,000/-. It is further stated in the report that the CH bank wants to close the RC as satisfied.

5. In the light of above, this MA is hereby allowed. Now the RC is hereby dismissed as withdrawn in view of settlement arrived between the parties.
6. A copy of this order be sent to Ld. Recovery Officer for information and necessary action.
File be consigned to records.
