In the present matter, it is being stated by the counsel for the UCO Bank that the property-in-question has already been sold. Today, one has appeared on turned up on behalf of the applicant in MA which shows that the applicant in MA is not interested to pursue the matter. In the circumstances, the MA stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
