ORDER
Though by order passed on 22.7.2013 this Court had directed the petitioner to take fresh steps within three days to serve notice on the second respondent and later on 20.8.2013 this Court had granted to the learned counsel for the petitioner three days time to take fresh steps to serve notice on the second respondent, the Registry has reported that the petitioner has not so far taken steps in that regard. When the transfer petition came up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner was not present. There was also no representation on his behalf. The transfer petition is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution. Sd/-
